Halal Restaurants in HCMC

HCMC has 35-plus halal restaurants across the city with Indian restaurants being the most popular followed by Malaysian restaurants.  The below list does not include all of the halal restaurants, there are many Cham restaurants that have not been included yet.  Many are located in hard-to-find alleyways (hems) but we plan to add them in the future.  The halal restaurants below have been separated by Districts (Quan).

District 1

There are two main areas in District 1 with large number of Halal restaurants.  The most popular are on Dong Du street near the Sheraton Hotel, many are which are in close proximity of the Indian Jamia Muslim Mosque.  Another large group of halal restaurants are located in Pham Ngu Lao, the backpacker area.  Please Note: The list of CLOSED restaurants in District 1 are below these restaurants.
